Registration

The conference attendance fees are shown below. They include

• mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks, and lunches in each of the three conference days;
• a printed copy of the proceedings;
• one ticket to the ETRA Texas night out at Maggie Maes, This is one block away from the conference on Austin's famous 6th Street, food is included, although drink isn't;
• entry to all sessions and the exhibition.

It is also possible to register and attend the exhibition only (coffee included)

Registration and payment is handled by the RegOnline site.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your registration, there will a $50 administration charge. Please email Howell Istance, Treasurer (hoi at dmu dot ac dot uk) in order to do so.

Conference Hotel

ETRA 2010 will be held at the Omni Austin Downtown Hotel in Austin, Texas, USA.

The special conference rate (payable on check out) is $179/night for singles and doubles for the conference period March 21st through 24th March.

The price will be the same from March 20th through March 27th, subject to availability. Better advanced rates may be available, but these require pre-payment. Bookings may be made on line at http://www.omnihotels.com/FindAHotel/AustinDowntown.aspx

The rate will be available until February 18th, 2010.
